A focused activity for Mother's Day.
We'll be planting ginger today with Susan. Ginger contains active compounds, primarily gingerol and shogaol, that provide potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic (pain-relieving) properties. It is highly effective in reducing chronic and acute pain, including arthritis, menstrual cramps, and muscle soreness, often with effects comparable to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen.
